Value Scout - AI Value Scanner

I paid for 3 months. When I got the confirmation email, the link to sign in didn’t work! Bad omen. Downloaded app and set up account but it wasn’t synced with my paid account. I scanned one item I knew the estimated price, and this app was totally off. I scanned a Tiffany silver bowl (sold on eBay and auction houses) and it estimated $600 when the market value is over $4k! My subscription says 90 scans only when I bought 3 months unlimited for $49! Cancelled subscription immediately but have no customer service to confirm. Only AI responses. This app has so many glitches and can’t value things other than common collectibles on eBay or Etsy! Very disappointing not to mention that they ask for more fees for further valuations or choices.

I signed up through a link in an email. The deal I was offered was not as good as what is offered in the app. When you sign up through the link the app is unusable. You must the site through your browser. When you take a picture to scan it rarely works. You usually need to take a picture and save it first. Then you can upload it. Identification is ok but is pretty generic most of the time. Price suggestions are pretty good. It has been a disappointing experience so far.
