I got it two weeks ago. Fully Charged before I used to down load the app. Right after finishing down loading, watch went dead. Try to contact seller. Seller tried to guide me through to recover-charging, holding buttons, etc. doesn’t work. Can’t ship it back because it cost too much. Seller refund me but charged me for the bracelet. I paid the shipping cost plus the bracelet for a dead watch. I tried to be nice by telling them on the back of the watch, wrong spelling for bracelet. Their app for blood glucose, they spell it glood glucose.

I like the watch and the app is better than the last smart watch I had. The sleep doesn’t work though. When I was at work I sat at my desk and it logged it as sleep. I thought it didn’t track sleep until 9pm? Heart rate works and recorded correctly. Same for blood pressure and oxygen. I disconnected the voice part. I didn’t like my phone alerts including calls ONLY working from the watch. Will probably use it though at times of winter or travel just to make it easier

I just got the watch today and I like it so far. However, I would like to be able to change the units of measurement from metric to standard. I haven’t found a way to do that yet except for temperature. It’s the only unit of measurement that I have the option to change. I wish there were a way to change the distance measurements etc. from metric to standard.
