I struggle with severe symptoms from my period. I love that I am able to log my symptoms and create a chart to share with my doctor to get a better diagnosis for what is causing them. I think you should definitely give it a shot!
This is by far one of the best tracking apps I have ever had. Most try to get you to pay for the features you’d want, but this one is totally free & doesn’t have ads. It’s incredibly useful you can track everything from pain, mental health, energy levels, sleep, etc. You can also add diary entry’s & have them put in your physicians notes. My favorite feature besides the beautiful layout is the fact you can create a symptom summary that you can take with you to your doctor appointments. This app is absolutely incredible and I can totally see this helping people get better help from there physicians & provide a lot of information to get treatment a lot quicker when you see a health physician. Whoever made this app, thank you! You are going to change lives by this.
This app is well designed and the colors are calming. A lot of symptom trackers I’ve used in the past can be confusing/overwhelming but this is the exact opposite. Simple to use yet includes detailed symptoms related to my period and general health. Only takes a couple mins to input how I felt/what I experienced throughout the day. It takes no time to download a symptoms report that you can either print and save for yourself or share with your doctor. You can include specific diary entries too if you want. Also the content is super educational and has such a supportive tone. The Learning Lounge includes easy to consume yet rich content on conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain and more. Five stars!!!
