I have used the device a handful of times and it is so easy to use and connect device with phone. Image quality is good enough to be frightening at times. I really don’t need 4K resolution when cleaning the inside of my ears. lol. I have not had any issues with the application displaying text in any language other than English since day one. Definitely a good thing to keep in your travel or toiletries bag. Lastly does anyone know of a reputable in-ear stylist in the Carolinas. I could have some amazing styling options if they do.

Before you read the detailed review: It’s worth the money you spent on the utensil, definitely makes you more conscious about your ear health. If my review was over the app it would be a 3/5 based on how connecting to the device works and how the camera rotates during use if you rotate it, made things more difficult than it had to be. If it was over the app and the utensil kit I purchased it would be a 4/5. Good: 1. my ears have never felt as clean as they do now. 2. The app is very modern and simple, great for products in the healthcare industry. 3. You’re able to save pictures and videos, which is incredibly underrated because if you see something you’re concerned about in your ear you can very simply take a photo/video and show your healthcare provider. 4. Bonus points for the packaging, easy to repackage and keep track of. Bad: 1. I do not recommend using it alone, it’s easier if you’re doing it to someone else. 2. With the camera provided on my product, it made it very difficult to tell how I was oriented and how close I was to the furthest point on the spoon, which could’ve damaged my ear. 3. The manual is very poorly translated, making it difficult to decipher. Weird things that I didn’t like: 1. Why does it need to have access to my WiFi? I’ve never had a Bluetooth connection via WiFi. It also requires you to give it access to the network, which again is strange. 2. It came with a bunch of tools presumably for cleaning the rubber part of the scoop, however there’s like 6 different ones which implies they have some other use. 3. It’s packaged with a usb type c cable, the thing is only 4 inches long. At that point I’d rather not have it included. 4. Build quality of the utensil itself isn’t there, it’s built cheap but it was cheaper than how it was built so it evens out. What I would change: 1. Didn’t like how the camera acted when the utensil rotated, I would’ve rather been able to change it to a static mode. 2. If I could’ve paid more for a heavier product (maybe 20 grams heavier) just for feel I would have. 3. As great as a simplistic design for an app is, it does leave some room for things to be desired. There’s so much room for opportunity, optimization, and utilization for the app.

I don’t know why everyone gave this such bad reviews. I bought mine on Temu and this app works perfectly. Like literally I could not ask for anything more simple and easy to use. And it’s in English. A lot of people were saying it was in some Asian language and hard to navigate but it’s literally in English and the only buttons you need to use are pictures so you literally don’t need to understand language to use this app.
