I have a new check to put into my account, which I have already done once a few months ago. I have a minus balance - which is why it is extra important for me to put in this check I have been waiting for. I went into the app and it tells me - mobile deposit not eligible? Why would that be since I already deposited one check like that??? I don’t understand it.
I have maintained accounts at several financial institutions: Wellsfargo, Bank of America, U.S. Bank, Chase, American Express... and this one ranks high. There are a lot of features and options that are not offered on other apps. Instant posting to loan payments, interest and principal designation, so I know how my payment is distributed, the look and organization of the app, the very lenient funds availability on the mobile app (I deposited a $700 check, and the full amount was made available). The only things I wish were easily accessible are bank statements on the app and credit card transactions. But overall I love banking with U.S. Eagle and with this app.
First we had a heck of a time getting the new app set up. Once we did it was hard getting used to the new look. Also, I do not like how the pending charges are not listed. I was so confused for like 12 hours trying to figure out why my account had less money then I thought when the charges for the weekend weren't shown even as pending. I finally saw the other balance written very tiny underneath and then it made sense to me. The charges were pending but they were not showing. I was just freaking out trying to understand where about $80 had gone. When in fact they went to what we spent but I was used to seeing the charges pending and I would see the balance and the available balance much easier. So far not a big fan. But I suppose we will get used to it.
