Upper Edge Fitness

It seems like the Upper Edge Fitness app has been steadily rolling down hill, and now just fell off the cliff. Yes, the concept of app is awesome. But, the execution has been getting worse and worse. First, it's infuriating that you can never stream Upper Edge videos on Wi-Fi, and must use roaming data. Second, the past week it keeps logging me out every time I close the app. Then this morning it fell off the cliff, because it logged me out and will not let me log back in at all!! Thus all my hard earned points? WASTED! INACCESSIBLE! TRASH!

I like the app I don’t like there limits on my steps that you can earn that you must pay for membership to get more steps and you should add automatic points collect if don’t open the app.

Following up on my June review. Overnight this week, the payout thresholds doubled so I’m downgrading to a couple of stars. You now need 20,000 points to cash out for $5 which for me (11k steps/day) is about 4 months and this include watching around 20 ads a day. Additionally, about 3/4 of the daily ads are now full 30 seconds or a few even longer. It’s still an opportunity to make a little but for the amount of time checking in each day now for several months, very much far out of range for value to me. Support and questions always answered promptly. I spent $5 total and earned back about $5 every 60 days or so this year until now. Deleted today but may check back if they revert the earnings opportunities.
