There are other buttons other than the volume button that don’t but that’s the most annoying. I’ve tried troubleshooting options and no luck. You pay $18 for a years service and their customer service is terrible too. I’ve emailed and not heard a thing. If they don’t fix this, I’m disputing this charge with my bank.
My remote control stopped working suddenly, and this was a stopgap until I ordered a new remote control.
Awful product, the app does not work. It works maybe once out of the month go back and try it again. I’m not having no success at all with this app. Very frustrating. Trying to watch TV and use your phone to control it and it doesn’t work. one star is what you get.
