Remote for Hisense Smart TV.

The app did not work for me at all despite using their troubleshooting steps. Clocked on their contact us button through the app and website and both times I got a failed delivery notification. I would like a refund seeing how I can’t utilize the app at all but again I can’t even get in contact with anyone.

Pretty good when connected runs smoothly

The app claims that it has a working support. but it does not allow me to communicate with the leading team when I try to click on contact and explain why I did not want to purchase the app and ask for a refund. The app is not working as it should and there is no way I can connect with the development team. I want to get a refund as soon as possible, or someone from the development team MUST contact me and explain to me why their contact page is not working and answer my questions and address my refund inquiry as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will follow up on this on any way possible and will not allow anyone to rob me like this!!!!!!!
