Universal Smart TV Remote App

Amazing app for controlling all the tvs I have at home. We have a Sony tv in the living room from 2018 and this app connected right away and has been working perfect. We also got a small Roku tv in our bedroom and an lg tv in our garage for kids video games and this app works great on those as well. After I installed and starting using this app, my wife and 2 kids have installed and been using this app too. Thank you for the great product!!! Touchpad is nice too.

I have been using this app for over a week. The whole reason I got it was because it says “no video ads” and “no subscriptions”. Everything was working fine until I woke up yesterday and it suggested a subscription. Thinking nothing of it, I closed the ad and went to turning on and watching the tv. Now, every 3 button presses prompts a video ad (the same one over and over) and the only way to get rid of it is to purchase a subscription. Way to go back on your word… Will definitely be deleting this. Only reason I gave it 2 stars vs 1 is because it does work. But if I’m trying to go from volume 20 to volume 8 in the middle of the night to avoid waking others, I have to wait through 4 ads before getting there. And heaven forbid I decide to watch something else afterwards.

This is the only app I’ve ever purchased for my iPhone (I’m that cheap 😅). I must say it absolutely nails the functionality with great UI. It supports many features that most TVs offer, and I love how responsive it is and how little input lag it has. Only suggestion I have for the developer is to implement changing TV volume with the press of volume buttons on my phone (or turning the dial on my watch). This is of course assuming iOS allows such functionality to be implemented.
