Universal Remote for Smart TV+

This app is another pointless universal remote. You can’t actually use it without buying a subscription which is pointless in itself. You might as well actually go to the store and make a one time purchase for a universal remote. This app is so stupid.

9.99 times out of 10 I can’t use the universal remote. Even though I purchased the lifetime plan. I’m forced to abandon my attempts and use a different remote control. On the rare instances the remote control does work, when I decide to change channels or volume or any function I find I’m not logged in again and have to try to reconnect, which then does not work.,If this is not resolved soon I will demand a refund for my purchase.

Wow you can’t even use the app unless you pay. You can’t hit the volume up or down without being sent to the subscription page. You really want 6.99 a week? If anything it should be a 1 & done thing, the app should just cost money to download. What a joke
