With this new updated version, I am not able to control my card. It’s either card on or off… the old version, I was able to turn off online purchase, ATM, etc. Can you please make another update or go back to the old version?

Weather has been bad and driveway is full of snow! So happy I can do auto deposit!

I don’t know if this happens because of my phone being old (iPhone 5), but I often used the “Instant Balance” feature to get a quick look at my balance when I’m in a hurry. However, every time I used this feature too many time (roughly around three times in a row), when try to check my account it would not let me view it saying that there are technical difficulties. Even when I try to used the login on the app or even the website it’ll say the same thing. Now I have managed to get pass this by calling the bank and having them change the password, but I don’t want this to be an often problem for me and whoever may be having this problem too. Either fix this or remove the feature entirely.
