The wife and I have banked at C B bank for many years and we love this bank , the employees are always very helpful and friendly. I consider CB the best bank in Mankato

The community bank app has some great features. But it is unreliable. My biggest ongoing disappointments are:(a) the face ID seldom works, and (b) after doing necessary updates to the app, the app does not recognize that it was updated and continually to ask me to update it. These problems result in me being frustrated daily, and results in me spending additional time to use the app that should be unnecessary, and would be unnecessary if the app worked appropriately.

Love community bank but the app has been unreliable for past 5 years. Consistently not accepting password and having to reset. Now telling me there’s an update and all it does it direct me to app and nothing happens. Having a banking app is a must if they want to remain competitive. This may be a deal breaker for me.
