Uklon: More Than a Taxi

At first, I was satisfied using this new taxi app. Honestly, it is good to have another option than uber on the market. Everything was going well until yesterday. I ordered the trip which cost roughly $4, then after my trip i got charged $6 for that trip. I was surprised and contacted the customer support, but received no support or apologies at all. Unpleasant interaction with a customer support representative which kept saying that it was my fault that I increased the taxi fare myself. When I asked how i can check in app that i myself increased the rate, the support did not give me the answer. I do not mind paying the taxi fare if I agree to it, but it was not the case. Uklon just lost another client. I have been working in customer for years and the uklon customer service needs some training as well!!!

- It’s almost impossible to get a car without manually increasing the price. Default surge is calculated poorly, and every time you have to guess what’s the price that will satisfy a driver, if any - You can’t see if there are any cars around when placing an order, and thus don’t know an estimate for pickup before the driver actually takes your order - Many drivers have tracking disabled, you can’t see where they are on the map, and thus don’t know when to meet the driver. Default estimate for pick up time is often wrong + There are a couple of options that competitors don’t have just yet

No route during planning a trips No way to change app language No way to use Russian if your phone is set to English language Support is so awful, so that they offered me to change phone language instead adding support for a language change or simply allow customers to type in any language that enabled on the phone
