I was able to get my account verified by following the easy instructions for international passenger/Non-DIA to get verified and I was able to buy international tickets to Warsaw. I absolutely love having a Ukrainian Sim in my phone so I can get my train account. The app will update you on your train’s status and arriving platform. Yes, no longer having to find it on the revolving station marquee. Love it!

I have traveled multiple times in your first class cars between Lviv and Przemysl. My suggestion: have women with young children restricted to one 1st class car and reserving the other 1st class car for adults. Mother across from me refused to control her loud yelling son about 2 years of age. Terrible 2 hour trip for me. First class is not just for those who can afford the ticket; it includes quiet behavior also!

I have been having a big issue to buy a ticket Kyiv to Warsaw or Khelm on July 8 or July 9th. I spent hours on website to check the tickets and unfortunately nothing came up. Very unpleasant experience. Ukrzaliznitsa should add a couple carriages or to have one more train on this route maybe every second day… This is not normal experience.
