Uber KZ — request taxis

I am filing a serious complaint regarding the behavior of my Uber driver during my recent trip. I ordered the ride through Uber, and when the driver arrived, he unexpectedly became verbally aggressive and started swearing at me, insulting me, and using highly offensive and inappropriate language. I did not provoke him or behave disrespectfully toward him in any way. His behavior made me feel unsafe and intimidated. I believe that verbal harassment and aggressive behavior from a driver are serious safety concerns, especially because drivers are providing transportation to passengers who are trusting them with their personal safety. I request that Uber conduct a formal investigation into this incident, review any available trip records and recordings, and take appropriate action against the driver in accordance with Uber’s safety policies and applicable local laws. Please treat this complaint as a safety-related incident rather than simply a customer-service issue. I would like confirmation that this complaint has been formally recorded and information about what steps Uber will take to address the driver’s conduct. I am prepared to provide the trip details, the driver’s information, the exact time and location of the incident, and any other evidence necessary for the investigation. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and handled promptly.

Not able to use due to the high price! No any bad weather conditions but price not stable and overpriced

I feel disappointed about customer service. Today I ordered a taxi, I was outside waiting for him at the start location. He didn’t come, but in Uber I saw notification that he is here. After several minutes I canceled the trip and was ordering another taxi, and right at that time he came. And I was charged for cancellation. Support service wrote me that this is second time in my Uber experience when I cancelling a trip and that this time they would not refund it. So does it mean you can cancel a trip only once in your life and ask for refund? That’s really stupid, I don’t have any reason to lie, and Uber could check if a driver clicked arrive before he really arrived. After some argue they cancelled the charge, but the whole experience with customer service was sad
