Tyke Invest: Earn high returns

I have been an investor in SARs for Baby G Company through the Tyke app for over 18 months, and my investment amount is still stuck. Despite the significant time that has passed, I have received no clear communication or resolution from either Tyke or Baby G Company. Tyke has stated that they are not responsible for the sale eligibility of the SARs, placing the responsibility solely on Baby G Company. This lack of accountability and transparency is extremely concerning. As an investor, I trusted Tyke to facilitate a smooth investment process, but the prolonged delay without any resolution or clear communication is unacceptable. I urge Tyke to work closely with Baby G Company to address this issue immediately and provide a clear timeline for the release of my investment. Investors deserve better communication, transparency, and accountability from both Tyke and Baby G Company. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot in good faith recommend investing through the Tyke app. Please take this matter seriously and provide the necessary resolution as soon as possible.

I had put some amount in tyke and purchased SARs and after selling them , I am not able to withdraw my money. I have been trying to withdraw for the past 3-4 months and have also called customer support but no one picks up the call for many minutes and then the call gets cut automatically. When withdrawing, the app shows not able to process right now and that issue has been for more than 3 months now. My relationship manager’s number is also coming as does not exist( seems shady). I would advice others to carefully put their money in this app.

The app is really good with excellent user interface. But why do I have to login every week like I am using app for the first time? I have to enter my email id every week. Even banking apps do not have such systems. Please fix this bug.
