Do not download. Scam, and apple will deny refund. Bypasses parent controls for in-app purchases. Subscription doesn’t show up in parent’s apple account if a minor inadvertently agrees to subscription. The only way parents found out about this subscription was through an email from apple notifying that subscription price was raising from 7.99 to 9.99 PER WEEK. Subscription didn’t get shared with family, and wasn’t visible from either parents’ apple subscription lists. I had to file requests from Apple by logging in to my child’s email address, and then all claims for refunds were DENIED. This is honestly incredibly upsetting and disheartening that businesses do this and Apple is party to it.
I just noticed I’ve been getting charged for this app every week just about and I never signed up for anything. Apple didn’t send the normal “confirmation of subscription” email. It was not on my subscriptions list under my account either. Now I’m getting a message from Apple stating it’s not eligible for a refund?? I downloaded this for a day and as soon as it asked me to sign up I declined and deleted the app shortly after.
I love this Roku remote app! It connects instantly and works even smoother than the physical remote. The touchpad makes navigating so much faster, and the keyboard is a lifesaver when searching for shows. Voice control feels super intuitive — I just say what I want to watch, and it’s there. Clean design, no ads, and everything works perfectly. Honestly, this app made my Roku experience way better!
