Like bro, I saw my private teacher using this thing and I was like , hmmm, where do you get this? I was crossing my fingers it will be on apple, but guess what? It is! Well anyway, the best thing is that it has an AI tutor, and guesses your tempo when you don’t know your tempo! It also records how much you practice, and I’ve never seen an app do more than that. There’s a tuner, subdivision, and I’m usually too lazy to write all of this, but I’m doing it! It lets you customize your subdivisions, it enables your flashlight, it enables your vibration, and it lets you speed the tempo up, battery saving mode, and full screens it, and yea, I think there’s more but it’s too hard to write it all. Well anyways, it’s the best metronome ever, definitely try it out!,
This is, hands-down, the best Metronome app in the iOS App Store. Trust me I've tried a dozen or more. The problem I'm having is that when I choose the sound for the downbeat, the different instruments occur at different places in time. So in other words if I select a 4/4 times signature, and choose "Tick" for the downbeat and "Tock" for the other three beats of the measure, all is well. But if I want to use a bass drum for the downbeat, it occurs slightly early if I'm hearing it right. So if I select both "Tick" and bass drum, they do not occur the exact same time. You can hear a separation between the sound and the bass drum sound. The same problem occurs for other instruments other than tech for the downbeat. Mr. Lee, this is a superb app, and I am more than happy to pay to remove the ads, but for a very experienced 60 something-year-old player, it causes great frustration unless I use only tick for the downbeat because of the slightly out of rhythm nature of some of the other sounds. I haven't tested them all, but again the easiest way to hear this is simply select both tick and bass drum or in any other instrument and you will hear the discrepancy. Thank you so much.
This app works great but just not the best for what I need it for. I’m in high school band and I’m trying to find a good tuner/metronome for free so I saw this and thought it just what I need but I found a couple things, keep I’m mind I could just be being horribly dumb but I couldn’t find any way to tell if it was in treble or bass clef, also for the sheet music it would be nice if there was more music just like the star spangled banner, service songs medley, etc. Not to be picky but the first point would be a good thing to know without having to use something else when ur tuning an instrument for the first time. Thanks, just wanted to get that out to people.
