The Y has multiple apps, this one is top of the bunch. Most beneficial are the excise tracking and scoring features. The direct data collection from EGYM especially stands out in its ease of use and motivation.
I love it; it keeps me motivated. I can see all of my activities and view all available classes. I can link other apps. Tells me where I’m imbalanced and what to work on.
I really like this app though one thing they should add is the ability to see your workout schedule on the app and not just on your phone's calendar.
