The Chandigarh Tricity app is highly unreliable. Buses are rarely on time, resulting in unnecessary time wastage. The bus tracking system is poorly maintained and often inaccurate. Moreover, many bus drivers overspeed, raising serious safety concerns. The conductors are also quite unprofessional and lack basic manners when dealing with passengers.

App is good but it has a problem that we can’t search stop name to where we have to go which wasn’t a problem in google maps. Example:- i had to go oxizone gym in sec 38 so I wasn’t able to find the nearest busstop around it.

App is good but it does not show the next renew date of bus pass . How can we know the next renew date in case we forget it .update the app with next renew features
