Horrible, account making process
Should be zero stars!! Great earclips but If it’s this hard to even make an account, the rest of the app must be complete garbage…Y’all need some help in your I.T. Dept. Please fix

RED FLAGS Return and avoid
Headset is comfortable, but loudest setting is still a bit low. Assumed app would have an option to override/increase max volume…. Of course the APP isn’t available as everyone has mentioned. The fact that the MFG hasn’t responded to these complaints is a huge red flag. Too many options out there, so not worth wasting time on a product that Managament doesn’t care about their customers.

Unable to login or create an account
App does not work. Asks you to make a password, then keeps making you put in a password. Register button is same color as background. Try to use this app before publishing it.
