This app is free and seems promising

I don’t understand why some of these apps take forever to load and then just don’t work at all. This app stopped working like a month ago for me. Not only is it a bit time consuming for the daily check ins which seem more like data mining on my life, I mean if I wanted a journal I’d have my own, but the app would take a long time to load to open and now it simply won’t open at all. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it still just refuses to open up. Waste of $

This app really helped me to see some light in dark moments of my life. The content was great, and truly motivational to help me change my behavior. The app itself is easy to navigate, and if taken seriously, can help you change your life for better.
