Tropic Trouble Match 3 Builder

I enjoy the game but it keeps kicking me back to level 1 I have played this for over a year and built my village I am disappointed that it keeps doing this, I have noticed some other comments from people and they are saying the same thing, can you please fix this glitch, I am glad that I haven’t paid for anything, that really would have been bad if I put money into this game ! AGAIN this morning kicked me back to level 1! WHAT is going on with this game! Fix it already! Every day this week it has kicked me back to the beginning I have commented over and over and I get no response, what is going on, this is very frustrating number 1 to keep getting kicked back and number 2 no response from you guys, I love this game but this is getting ridiculous! A response would be nice! Unreal! Again I get kicked back to the beginning this happened back in may and again this morning! Number 1, why can’t you fix this, number 2, a response would be nice, I am not the only this has happened to, what is going on, this is very frustrating! A response from your team would be appreciated! Don’t you care about your players? It sure doesn’t seem that way, this is ridiculous, what will it take to get a response from you guys!

I’ve really been enjoying playing this game for awhile now, but just now in the middle of the game it took me back to level one and I lost everything I had built!! I was almost to level 700 and was well on my way to getting my 4th puzzle animal....there is no setting button and when I went to the play store, the link to the help desk is inactive! Please help me get my game back- I’m not starting over, if you can’t help me I’m deleting it. This is one of the very few games I haven’t quickly gotten tired of; please help! This is obviously the reason for the single star... if you can fix this I’ll change it to the five stars it should have. Update: I have been trying in vain to get in touch with the developer to fix this problem and there doesn’t appear to be any sort of help available, although they have a link to a help desk none appears to exist. I had hoped they would have seen this review and helped but as I still cannot fix this issue I am deleting the game.

TigerLady780-December 19, 2018 I’ve played many games like this one, but they cost me money and my husband had a meltdown. He thought that this game was just like the others, but it isn’t and I’m so thankful that I can play and not spend any money! At least that’s what my husband thinks. I’ve spent a little bit of money to get gemstones so I can continue to play. If you could make it possible to receive 5 moves after watching an ad, instead of 3 moves. I love the game just as it is, thanks!!!
