Relic Match 3: Mystery Society

I’ve been playing for over a year. However, I have noticed and now feel the impact of little to no online help information, no online active website or player groups. About a week ago was the last time I was able to request items needed. I ask to request, yet none of the 75 friends I have are “available” to request from. A friend who plays has no problem. This just started happening to me, it seems. Significantly, why is there no detailed instructions? For example, DID YOU KNOW? ... when receiving a request for an item from a friend DOES NOT DECREMENT YOUR OWN INVENTORY? This is clearly not widely known, as I get typically receive 5 items from 75 friends! Additionally, there is no easy way to weed out INACTIVE PLAYERS from your “friends”. You may even be hit up by an inactive player to be a friend! It seems random... It’s an addicting game that suffers from lack of player community, lack of documentation (I challenge you to even find out what your game version is... anywhere.)

I have tried to contact the developers for help with no reply. I cannot connect to Facebook. And I cannot play the game from Facebook because it says I have to leave Facebook to play. And when I try to connect from the game it says I have to ask in app rep for permission. I have upgraded everything I could and it says to ask friends for tickets but since I cannot connect to Facebook I can’t ask friends for any help at all. On Facebook I asked for help and no one messaged me back. They sent me two sites to go to and I messaged both but nobody’s replying. So now I can’t play the game anymore because I can’t upgrade any of the games anymore than I have already. The game is fun but I can never win any of the items that I’m trying for and some of the items I have to get are in levels that are 5 to 10 times higher then I’m at. I’m at level 20 and I am still trying for 3 items that I’ve been trying to get since I started and people have sent me friend request and I have requested items from them which I never get either. And every three games I play they throw an ad in. So I might as well delete the game since I can’t play it anymore.

Okay game, levels get harder & time & energy gets used up faster the higher you go. Every upgrade cost you something, but still entertaining. Update: Lately keeps crashing and you loose energy and points & the game because it takes you right out to desktop. Please fix! Some areas are hard enough to play without crashing.
