Was talking with supposed support for 3 hours because my tron coin wouldn’t send. Never gave out my keys or anything like that. I just wanted to try a new wallet with a purchase of $20 of trx. After giving me the runaround and stating they could fix the problem they gave me a form to fill out for info on my account so they could “rectify” my wallet. Anyhow beware to those trying this wallet and when you need support I suggest staying clear away from even using this wallet because you don’t know who the scammer is and who the real support tech is. Btw the majority of these reviews are fake. And if they tell you that you need a bare minimum of $100 to open your new account then you will know. Pretty pathetic that they will waste 3 hours of your time for a measly $20 of your coin and go to great lengths to obtain it. And please the support is a joke anyway and I’d appreciate you not messaging after this post saying something along the lines of ,” so sorry to hear of your troubles or mishaps and for any further assistance you can contact support at ......etc”. Users beware it’s no joke. Any other wallet should suffice but this one is the only one I’ve ever had an issue with. Use at your own risk! And support? Spare the useless pretending to care because you wanna save your companies reputation, and keep it to yourself because deep down only those who really know, you could care less. Spare your words and save then for your next victim. Just a warning for folks that could easily be taken advantage of.
