Trona Valley Mobile Banking

I’ve been banking with Trona since they opened I wouldn’t do my business anywhere else. They are always friendly and know who I am. I have never had any problems with them.

If you have another option do NOT use Trona Valley! They are obstructive and rude. If you connect to another institution so you can pay the bill they obstruct it every week. Even after confirming multiple times. When you try to hook up the other establishment from Trona Valley, they obstruct that as well. When you call into customer service for help with these issues they are rude and unhelpful. Then inform you if you pay by phone you’ll be charged a convenience fee. They should have to pay me an inconvenience fee! I would not give even 1 star if I didn’t have to, in order to warn other people! -20 stars at least.

Awesome service and friendly staff, we opened our account in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend this bank if you are already part of this great service you know what I am talking about and if NOT YOUR MISSING OUT!!!!!!!! Thank you all for your hard work and EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!! Sam Rosales
