Trendyol: Online Shopping

Encountered 3 problems with them 1. You get free delivery above 100 SAR but if you return an item and the total of the items you are keeping is less than 100SAR they deduct the return fee from the total refund 2. I returned items as they were different from what advertised and they decided to reject the return twice , stating either the seller didn’t receive the items or the item is different or didn’t pass quality check and you lose the money and item 3. So this time the item was rejected , it was a scarf and the colour is acru which means ivory or off white colour but I received PURE WHITE, this is not screen variation due to lighting it is very obvious pure white, i took pictures with flash and without and requested a return and I chose received wrong item and i wrote the reason. Return label was generated and the item was collected and i tracked it , it reached trendoyl aramex warehouse in saudi arabia and it is supposed to be sent back to turkey but they didn’t. The return was rejected item taken no money refunded. When I contacted customer service, they said nothing can be done it was rejected and we can’t reopen the return or refund you the money as the seller didn’t receive the item , I showed them proof it was collected from me and it was delivered to the warehouse but still they said it didn’t reach the seller it is not our problem. So order at your own RISK because return is not free and not hassle free

I have a shipment in Saudi Arabia since October 27th.. I left on Nov. 9th without receiving it, customer service couldn’t do anything towards it. Even to refund the money, they would wait till the shipping company return the shipment then refund it after 7 to 10 days.. money would wait more than a month in their possession!!!!! Refunding money takes too long time to happen better to pay Cash on delivery if this option available. Moreover, the stuffs labeled Trendyol are of very poor quality and finish, you must be sure of the brand you order. Will think so many times before I make an order with them.

I love the service provided by you, however I don’t and can’t use the app since it’s only in turkish language. I do use the site where I can use google transactions just to order. I don’t think it take much to have multiple languages for the app and now more and more foreigners are residing in turkey I think it’s time to do that

I have a big problem with the app and the account I made. I made an account near a year ego and I ordered a lot from this app. My account just got deleted somehow and I had a small amount of money deposited there. I tried to login but it didn’t work out. I tried to reach you by the number you have write in your site but it didn’t still work. I had returned an order before my account was deleted and the message just came which was saying we Successful returned you order , which means the money of that order it’s in my deleted account now . I don’t know how to reach my money so I write this wishing you will see it . I hope this will at list work

I think I use Trendyol for almost everything from my cat’s needs to my swimsuits, on a daily basis ☺️ The app is super user friendly and the velocity of the deliveries and returns are amazing🙏🏻 Also the customer service has always been there for me whenever I needed them. Last but not least, I have never received a wrong order, it seems like they have a great control system over the orders. Use it, recommend it, you won’t regret it.
