Traumasoft CORE

After switching to TSoft a while back they took the time card functionality out of our dashboard and made us migrate to the core app. Which is useless in my opinion it does not show you your work partner nor truck you have been assigned to so it’s an over glorified time clock which is already integrated into the dashboard. So in essence it’s USELESS!

This app although a decent concept is not very helpful. It needs automatic updates through the App Store. Needs to have better functionality. Like being able to see past hours / pay period. Please TraumaSoft work on your apps. Also would be nice not to have to refresh the page to see if you’re actually punched in or out.

This app is still very much a work in progress, and there are several key areas where improvements would significantly enhance usability and communication. 1. Notification Feedback – A notification tone and haptic feedback should be added so users receive clear, immediate alerts whenever a notification is sent. 2. General Page/Text Page Feature – The app and website need a dedicated section for general pages. Currently, general pages are sent as text messages and then deposited into the personnels email inbox through TraumaSoft. This is inefficient, clutters email inboxes, and makes it difficult for personnel to receive company emails in a timely manner. Additionally, with cell phone providers increasingly restricting text message delivery, eliminating reliance on SMS would help ensure messages are received promptly and consistently. 3. Chat/Communication Functionality – The existing chat feature does not function properly. Developers should consider reworking this section so that general pages and internal chat messages are consolidated into one reliable, easy-to-use communication hub. Implementing these improvements would streamline communication, reduce inefficiencies, and create a much more reliable tool for personnel. 09/18/25 Delta Ambulance Field Supervisor.
