TRAI DND

The TRAI DND (Do Not Disturb) app is a very useful tool for fighting spam calls and messages. With the growing number of scam calls, fraudulent SMS, and cybercrime attempts, everyone should actively report unwanted communications. By reporting spam through the app, users help authorities identify and take action against violators, which can protect many other people from fraud and financial loss. I strongly believe that every mobile user should download and use the TRAI DND app. A few seconds spent reporting spam can help create a safer communication environment for everyone.

The only way you could make it work was by doing the right things for ourselves and you were doing that to us in our own ways but we were doing the wrong things to each other’s lives for the right reasons we have been together and we are all just trying and trying not saying anything but you know that you are the only person who can make us proud to do what we’re doing because we love our relationship with each other so much that we can’t even imagine how much we are going through without each other being together because of that thank you so much and for your love and your kindness and understanding

I have been using the Do Not Disturb (DND) service and the DNDF complaint mechanism for a considerable period. However, my experience has been largely unsatisfactory and ineffective. Despite multiple complaints regarding unwanted spam calls and messages, most of my complaints are routinely closed with the remark “CDR not found”. This raises serious concerns about the effectiveness and accountability of the system. It appears that: - Complaints are not being properly investigated. - Telemarketers continue their activities without any strict action. - The resolution process lacks transparency. - There is no visible deterrent or penalty being enforced. As a user, this creates a perception that the complaint mechanism exists only in formality and does not provide real relief. The effort put into raising complaints feels wasted when no meaningful action is taken. I strongly urge the concerned authorities, including Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, to: - Improve complaint verification mechanisms - Ensure strict action against violators - Provide transparent and accountable resolutions - Strengthen user trust in the DND system Unless these improvements are made, the usefulness of DNDF and DND services remains highly questionable. Conclusion: The current system needs significant reform to become effective and user-centric. At present, it fails to deliver on its primary objective of protecting users from unsolicited communications.
