I’ve been on and off this app for little over a year (spring 2024- current) ok at first I loved working for this company called Quick Box in Ga its still on the app it’s the only warehouse that’s a good fit for me sooo the first couple of months were smooth I chose my shifts and got paid daily I was happy due to the flexibility because I have a full time job elsewhere after those first few months the daily pay was changed to weekly pay which didn’t bother me that much the thing that changed my past 5 star rating to my current 2 star is because now it’s NO FLEXIBILITY (speaking for Quick Box) it’s like we can’t choose a certain shift anymore it’s making u agree to the whole week or weekend shift and send notifications for shifts I really want the day of like a hour before so basically I have to play with it hoping they accept me that morning most time they don’t out of the blue they do that’s the only reason I still have the app when I don’t have any plans I’ll prepare myself and wait and as soon as after the normal shift start time and I didn’t get a notification I’ll start doing something else and 2-3 hours later it text me saying I can come in later but the clock out time gets pushed back I’m like no I’m doing something else now and I don’t wanna be at work until 8:30pm this is a mess I’m just trying to see if a better company comes up

If was very easy for me to pick up a shift my first was event staff I will say they are very prompt when there are delays in shift due to weather I worked that event on Friday all the sources I read said that I would be able to get the money within 30 mins after the shift ended which I currently found out was only true if you have already worked 3 shifts and have good ratings in all 4 areas but so I worked Friday and did not receive my first pay out until Monday (they do not do any transfers on the weekends/holidays) I’ve worked another shift this past Wednesday and still haven’t gotten paid I’m sure it will be late Friday (today) or Monday so if it’s your first time and looking for instant cash out I’m here to tell you unless you work 3 shift back to back on a weekdays you will not be getting that instant pay also you have to turn it on after the 3 shifts once they determine whether or not you finished them all in good standing or wait 2-3 days for bank transfer there is no special bank that will make the money transfer faster this is getting long and I don’t write reviews but I’d suggest making sure whatever card you do use make sure it is compatible with instant cash out or you may have to wait longer cool app tho 👍🏾

Goat Foods treat their Traba workers like slaves. I understand we are considered temp but what is a 5 minute break ( not even joking). They micromanage you to the core even if you are one of there best people. There is an air of condescending tone to that we should be honored to work there. Lastly you can feel the discrimination that they have on site. There is no equal opportunity diversity at this facility. Every single melanated person works as the underdog in the actual warehouse/ factory like slaves, while everyone up top in the office sector or the “higher ups, management, is of the Caucasian spectrum. It’s giving very 1960s vibes, when we are in 2022 almost 2023 and will not stand for it. Lastly when trying to speak your mind about their unethical practices they block you in the app. And Traba doesn’t really seem to care when you try to reach out to them probably because Goat Foods throws them a hefty check. Anyways you have been warned.
