Worst customer service. I go there only because of the one barber working there. Otherwise their other staff members are too rude

Why isn’t Tommy guns listening? This app has been problematic from day one. The idea behind it is great. Functionality wise it doesn’t work. -Wait times don’t update properly -When wait time do update they go from 45 minutes down to 5 mins without warning. Why can’t I just book a time slot like other places? That way I know when and where I’m supposed to be. There are better places to go where you can get a guaranteed time slot. I would suggest going there.
