Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t, when I first got this they asked me to send a review for 2 extra probes which they never sent. I have to re sign in every time I use it and most times it won’t let me sign in. Nice try, but nope
On top of the C to F issues other people have mentioned, the mere fact that you can’t set alarms on the ambient reading, make this app totally useless even for a hobbyist. It would be one thing if the associated thermometer product it came with was half the price of competitors, you could say “well you get what you pay for.” But it’s not. It’s the same price, or MORE than established brands like ThermoWorks, Inkbird, Meater, and ThermoPro .
I would like to leave a better review as it works really well in all other aspects. However, I get tired of having to change the temperature setting from Celsius to Fahrenheit every time I use the app. You would think it would save your settings however it does not. It seems like a very simple fix the developers would have thought about.
