Tixr - Event Tickets

I know I’ve read that people weren’t happy with Customer Service but my personal experience was a very pleasant one. I got locked out of my account and forgot what email was used to purchase tickets one week to the event date. I had purchased them back in June 25 and 1 week to the November show I couldn’t recover them or get into my account. Customer Service worked with me to identify my email address use with the tickets purchased. With just a screenshot of the venue info and sone info validation they were able to help me recover my tickets and enter my account. You guys are awesome thank you so much!

I’ve used Tixr a bunch of times now for concerts and comedy shows and honestly it's just super easy to use. Buying tickets is quick, the app is clean, and everything's in one place which I really appreciate. One of my favorite things is the waitlist. I couldn’t get tickets to a show at first but joined the waitlist and ended up getting in a couple days later without having to constantly check. Big win. Check-in was fast too. Just opened the app and the ticket was right there ready to scan. No digging through emails or anything. Way smoother than other ticket apps I’ve used. Definitely sticking with Tixr.

Had an event cancelled on me and had to refund the ticket; Tixr then blocked my account! I advised them that the event was cancelled — and thus a refund was warranted — and they’d have none of it! If this isn’t an example of the poorest service one could get, I don’t know what is! It gets even worse: when I transferred another ticket I didn’t need from an old account they told me to close to a new account they told me to open, they prevented me from actually transferring it to someone who wanted it! I lost over $375 because of their horrific, awful, and fraudulent games…. This activity is criminal — or should be!
