I have collected a loan I want to pay and get new one but they said I have requested for so many verification so I have to wait for the next 24 hours before which I can’t please help me 😭😭

You guys need to review your interest rate. It’s way too much. How could someone request for a loan and you will be deducting almost 40% as an interest/charges. How ? I’ve used other loan apps and your interest rates are the highest. You guys are going to lose lots of customers if you don’t review your charges. It’s too much. You give someone a loan with high interest rate and give them 7 days to repay ? This is too much. For me I’m deleting your app right after this complaint. I’m done settling my loan and this is the part where I say goodbye to y’all.

Please, I have a complaint to make. I don't understand something. When I requested the loan, you didn't clearly state the actual amount I'm supposed to pay. But now, I'm shocked to see the amount you're charging me - it's insane! I'm starting to suspect that this might be a scam. You initially agreed to pay me GH¢510, but instead, you paid only GH¢408. Now, you're demanding that I pay GH¢163 every week, even though it's not yet been a week. Where am I supposed to get that money from? Honestly, your behavior is making me suspect that this might be a scam. I don't understand why you would charge such a high rate and expect me to come up with the money in less than a week. If I'm able to pay you back, I will never borrow from this app again and I will make sure to warn others not to use it either."
