Thrift & Profit Finder - Gemli

Found an LV belt at the flea market for $15, came home and scanned it, and it turned out to be REAL! I was a bit skeptical, so got a bunch of my other designers (all real bought from LV and Gucci stores), and scanned them all came back real of course! This app will be open every time I go thrifting now!🤣

I think this app is great for helping you identify things! However, it seems to do pretty much what Google lens already does (maybe a little bit better especially because it only shows you resell websites). I didn’t think the value feature was right. I tried on about 15-20 items and for almost every item the value was above by $5-10. I think once AI gets better, this may be a great app and would love to try it again later!

I wish I had this years ago when I was starting out recycling thrift store finds into cash! It used to like all the research has been done for you! I can use it for the boxes of things I could not value.
