I had tickets to go to lunar fest, but accidentally purchased the wrong date. I sent in a contact form and they got back to me under 24 hours and switched my tickets to the right date! Thank you so much for responding fast! I never write reviews but they deserved this 5 stars! Really saved me !!

When I open the app, it says I need an update to login. But there are no updates available. I even redownloaded the app, no luck. I’d like to have my tickets available for events next weekend. Love the app besides this bug. If they fix it, highly recommend!
