The Simple Journey

I am not an app user. I realized right away this app would be an asset because it was simple and easy to use. I am really enjoying taking the journey with you. I think the topics chosen to write about are interesting and related to my life. Best of all this journey does not take lots of time. I may think about the topic all day but only spend a brief time writing about it. I am not usually the journaling type, but this is quick and painless - simple and rewarding.

I have been trying to journal for years. This way to journal to me, is brilliant. It takes only a few minutes every day which is doable for a busy person. the topics that Are chosen are carefully thought out to help you move past issues that keep arising in your life. I’ve been doing it for three weeks now and I have learned more about myself and how there is a better way for me to communicate my thoughts. I’m looking forward to seeing how much I can learn. I really love it

Each night I have been using this app to reflect on the day, and each night I gain a little more clarity within myself. The topics covered in this app will apply to everyone’s lives but in a way that is very easy to grasp. I have found this app extremely user friendly and it does not take a lot of time to do. It’s the perfect way to briefly reflect on each day and make progress towards becoming the happiest version of myself.
