I second the reviews mentioning the connection issue. What I also found quite annoying is that the availability of ingredients in the app is not up to date. It let me choose a salad with a few ingredients that I later found out were missing. And what happens if an ingredient is not available? Exactly, they do not make your salad at all! I arrived at the shop just to find out my salad had not been prepared, so had to ask and then discuss the ingredients and wait for it to be made… It would have been easier to just walk in and order on the spot.
All the offers it gives you are pointless as it’ll constantly tell you that you don’t have a connection, even more annoyingly they can’t give you the deals in store, despite you showing them it’s not working. Save your memory space and just go in store and brave the queues if you want to actually order
