I am always a fan of new and exciting technology that can be incorporated into a business to help automate or streamline processes. The Receptionist for iPad can meet a majority of those needs. There are constraints with setting up those processes and getting the software to fit your specific and unique needs. I would like to see a checklist option to cut down on navigating and button selection. As a suggestion, it would also be nice to have a signature line field and an option for this to be an iPhone app.
