The Other Side Tribe

Katrina and her husband Dom are the rudest boutique owners I’ve ever encountered. God forbid if you ask something on the live after not receiving an email response for weeks, they will rip you to shreds and make it out to be your fault and claim up and down they/Dom’s sister replied which is 1000% untrue. They send you products that you didn’t order to replace what you did order with cheaper items. I kept receiving clothes with holes or snags in them without any resolution to the problem. They claim they’re so religious but last I checked, it’s not Christ-like to act like they do and do what they are doing. Check their BBB, so many people have had the same issue. We should all come together and sue TOST.

My family and friends are noticing me wearing nice new different clothes. And, I’m feeling great about myself. I usually never spend money on myself. I buy for everyone else but me. Feeling good and loving it. Thank you Katrina and crew members for making me feel good when I get dressed now. Julie Ann Tice P.S. This is by far the BEST Boutique out there..and honestly the only boutique I shop with!!! Katrina and the whole TOST family is amazing!! Such awesome inventory, customer service!!
