I had the wonderful experience of living in Okinawa for 3 yrs when I was a child. Listening to this broadcast, brought back memories of 1952 and an Okinawa that, for the most part, was very different from today. His calm voice, sharing his journey, allowed me to travel along with him. I’m so happy I found you, and will tune in again.

Living in the States after moving from Japan I am always looking for great news sources on happenings in Japan. This app is very helpful for that. I do wish I could view the text and videos in Japanese rather than English.

I wanted a newspaper to keep me up to speed on everything Japan, and this is easily the best source of news in English. Excellent coverage of everything from politics and business to some of the best articles on lifestyle, culture and entertainment. I'm thinking of becoming a subscriber because the content is that good, and the app works so well. Definitely download if you're interested in Japan!
