Not as good as I thought it would be I’m just trying to renew my license and get some information and can’t get it to this app and I shouldn’t have Google on this app don’t have Google on my phone

crashes
This app crashes after just a few seconds, I’ve made it as far as downloading a pdf and beginning to read it, the first time using the application it worked for maybe 3 or 4 minutes, and now consistently crashes after just a few seconds.
