TenantLink

So far I’ve like using TenantLink. It’s very easy to submit a maintenance request; I like that packages are recorded and I can easily see what is waiting and what has been picked up without having to go through emails or notifications; I like the marketplace feature where I can see what others are posting that they are giving away or selling in the building; and I like that, I can look up my payment history very easily. Definitely an improvement over the last platform we used.

This app has made it much easier to receive notifications about updates for our building, receiving packages, accessibility to sell items on a marketplace within the building! I am very happy this with app and can’t imagine not using it now!

TenantLink is well-designed, has lots of convenient features, and has plenty of options for notification customization, which I appreciate. It really enhances my experience of living in my building. My only criticism would be that its messaging system is sometimes a little glitchy. For example, sometimes I’ll get a notification that I’ve received a message, but no message will be there upon opening the app (it takes a minute or two to actually show up in-app).
