TenantApp Properties For Rent

This app definitely provides the convenience to the users both tenant and real estate. But as it is too easy to book and cancel the inspection, I had a really disappointing experience with no manner from the real estate.. They just clicked the inspection cancellation button 40 min ago before my inspection. And that happens after they re-confirm the inspection time 3 hrs after. I drove there for 2 hrs and waited near there Only one message sent to me 40 min ago not to come. They never rang, as they thought they needn’t to be. I should make a call to ask the reason but they seems they think there is nothing wrong with this process. Not only this experience, I have had several inspection cancellations from the early morning if inspection day to 1 week before. When I apply, I can see that I should inspect before from the agreement. But sometimes there is no chance to inspect nowadays. The properties have been taken even before the inspection. If there is any rating or penalty in terms of the manner both tenant and real estate, that would be better. Or if there is a limit the time to cancel it at least, it would be nice. This small convenient app sometimes made people easily to think that person-to-person trust as light as one click just before the meeting, which is really personally sad.

This is the first time in my life I will be dropping a review for anything and I am forced to do this because this app is frustrating me. You would already have an account and this app will be forcing you to open another one with thesame details. My partner includes me in an application and the app will be forcing me to open another account even though I already have one. The most frustrating part is after I then open the account. When I try to log in it will be asking me which account I want to log in with showing both accounts I have. And both accounts are opened with exactly thesame details. What kinda app allows you to open two seperate accounts with exactly thesame details??? Thereby forcing you to re-enter you details over and over again. If I already have an account with you why not send all applications including me to my existing account? Why force me to open a new one? I went on to read your reviews and I can see people have all sort of problems with this app. Reviews dating back two years and yet these problems are yet to be sorted. I don’t understand why re-estate agents are forcing people to use this app if it is frustrating their applicants this much.

This application has drained my battery life with its constant loading and SLOW loading rate it freezes up almost every single time and makes nothing on screen accesible. It has booked me in for inspections I had requested only not booked for and triple booking time slots makes it impossible to plan travels etc. maybe a network with a map service or ride service may assist those who can’t drive currently ease of access with meeting appts and inspections whilst utilizing the tenant app successfully. A lot of listings won’t let you contact to request via online websites or real estate apps it’s linking to the App Store for the tenant app, I also found a lot more suitable listings online than what was listed here in the tenant app. I can see how amazing this app can be unfortunately it’s caused me a lot of frustration as well as that misadvised times and locations has meant I have missed vital inspections for properties which I’m desperate to get ahold of s place before it becomes a crisis moment. If a few minor adjustments and fixes could be fixed or upgraded and major more ease of access options with overall delivery of this process of rental hunting was to be incorporated into this app I would rate it 5 stars. Unfortunately I have wanted to brick my phone instead.
