Telgani – Rent a Car

كل شيء كان تمام، لكن بعد الدفع واتمام الطلب انتظرت حسب الموعد لكن اكتشفت بعد ساعة أن الطلب مرفوض. اتصلت وابلغني الموظف ان الشركة المؤجرة انتهى دوامهم وسيوصلون السيارة في صباح اليوم التالي. هذا اربك برنامجي قليلًا. وشكرًا لكم. Everything was fine, but after paying and completing the order I waited as scheduled but after an hour I found out that the order was rejected. I called and the employee told me that the rental company had finished their work and would deliver the car the next morning. This threw my schedule a bit. Thank you.

I recently rented a car from Telgani, and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a rental company. The moment I stepped into the car, I was hit with the most pungent smell – it reeked like a sweaty armpit, so bad it literally burned my throat. It was unbearable! As if that wasn't enough, the car was in terrible shape – multiple things were broken, from the interior to the exterior. It was like renting a clunker from a junkyard. To make matters worse, I returned the car within less than 24 hours because I couldn't stand the condition. Guess what? They refused to refund me for the remaining 5 days of the rental! That's not all – they even had the audacity to blame me for a fracture in the windscreen that I didn't even notice when I picked up the car (it was dark when I got it). The car was already a disaster when they handed it over, but they pinned the damage on me anyway. It's been over two months, and despite multiple follow-ups, Telgani has refused to refund me for the days I didn't use the car. They took my money, provided a disgusting, unsafe vehicle, and didn’t own up to their terrible service. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company unless you want to pay for a headache and awful service. They have no respect for their customers and clearly don't care about the quality of their vehicles. Absolute disgrace!

I recommend walking rather than renting a car through this app. strongly advise against renting a car through this app. My experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing, and I will not be using their services again. I encountered two significant issues with the rental car: a flat tire and bad battery. The car became undrivable, as even the spare tire was in poor condition, which is a serious safety concern. When I contacted customer service to seek approval for repairs and request a refund, they assured me they would call back but never did. If your rental breaks down, you'll be left stranded with no support. I recommend choosing a different company to avoid being stuck in a difficult situation without any assistance.
