I use the website on my laptop over the phone app because as the foreman I have different account privileges. It would be nice if the app followed the privileges set via the on line app.
I’ve been waiting for the app to launch for a good amount of time and I downloaded it the second it was available. It is great for parts, pictures, tickets (to an extent) and mobile notes while on test drive. Updates needed include: the ability to see the customer name. I use this to find what car I have next but it only shows you the plate. The ability to input mileage onto a ticket. The ability to transfer tickets, the ability to track tickets after there transferred to writer and possibly the ability to view ros in the shop. I want to use this app more but i still find myself needing to use website still.
