Shopmonkey for Techs 2.0

Would be nice if we could give techs permission to add parts. I gave Admin permissions and their functions are still pretty limited.

The app has potential, but the login experience is extremely frustrating. It requires logging in repeatedly, and every time I open it, I get kicked out. On the web, we constantly lose the search functionality and have to reset our cookies, which is incredibly frustrating. This also forces us to log in again on every browser we use. Customer support is unhelpful—you wait an hour just to chat with someone, only to be told, ‘We tried it on our end, and it’s working fine,’ as if the issue doesn’t exist. They either act like no one else has reported the problem or say a fix is coming soon, but nothing ever changes. Worse, they make you feel like you’re lying or don’t understand basic tech instead of actually helping. It’s clear there is a severe lack of tech support, and they’re unwilling to invest the resources needed to fix these persistent issues. Shopmonkey could be the greatest shop software—if only it actually worked as intended

I have been using shopmonkey for over a year and anyone who is holding out for the shopmonkey 2.0 update I can tell you it will not be any better. The "comments" box on the tech app is now broken, and the online version lags and loads way more than before. We have had many problems with shopmonkey in the last year and support is less than useless. Shopmonkey is basically google, they will not help you fix any issues and it's impossible to get a meaningful answer on anything. It is what it is. There are many other shop management softwares out there, dont pick shopmonkey.
