Fortunately , I just bought this device yesterday on sales and connected it as it’s smart, but honestly I disappointed, because wasn’t able to fetch any data from it and I don’t know how can I track my data if I’m away from TCL dehumidifier. All I did now is manually and pay the price of smart device , non of the this app features are user friendly for this interface. I don’t know how these components works and talks to each others to make life easier for user. As example right now my basement humidity on the TCL is reading %46 ,the App is %35, and it turned off on my app, but actually is working. I appreciate your efforts, but consistency , seamlessly, and accuracy are important for user. Thanks,
