Overall the app works well, however it would be great to see a compatible version for the Apple Watch. Otherwise it works well having the on duty and off duty notifications…if we could only link it to Telestaff!
Apple has allowed developers to incorporate the priority/bypass feature for notifications, that would allow notifications to come through even when your phone is set to silent. I’ve got several free apps, including earthquake notifications, and a few others that have incorporated this feature. It should be no problem for tablet command, which is an enterprise app intended for first responders and only usable by agencies, to incorporate this critical feature. How you haven’t incorporated this Critical feature yet is beyond me. This app is severely limited in other ways, too. I wind up logging in through the web interface in my mobile browser more often than not.
This is a lite version of Tablet Command that provides you quick information when you want it. This app resolves the question “who was the call for?” Or “where are we going?” Now you know. This app works similar to Active911, but with way better situational awareness. Often times the alert on my phones goes off before the station tones come on, which yields better turnout times. Chief’s, this is an app you want for every guy/gal on your department.
