TaxiCaller - driver

They a permit from the city in order to activate part of the software. They do not tell you about this until after you have paid. They refuse to do a refund even though their software is not operating as advertised. Two companies I can think of off the top of my head transport passengers without requiring a city taxi permit are: Uber, and Lyft.

This app has worked great but now when I hit deliver a customer, it does not show delivered on my dispatchers end. The dispatcher says that I am still on call and they will deliver the customer on their end for me. Also the app for iPhone users has not updated in 2 years. Also, canNot make phone calls with the app.I must use my phone my actual phone to dial a phone number because it would not doubt with the number from the app. I am an iPhone user

The app is extremely simple which annoys me. There are no settings really to customize it to my liking. For 4 stars add the ability to see progress in current shift (which isn't in the app currently). For 5 stars, add more customization.
